I am so grateful and pleased with Iconic! From the moment I called, the receptionist was so kind, thoughtful and caring. Joey came within the hour, and was courteous, helpful, and honest. Overall I’m very happy for not making an already bad situation even worse for me.

Highly recommend! Caleb was Awesome with Iconic. He came out went over the prices with what they had and what I also needed to replace down the road, when I was ready to, and what i needed to replace my garage door opener. Kelby did an excellent job, communicating his arrival, arriving promptly, and working late until 10 pm, despite it being a holiday week. Joey, a very polite and professional service tech quickly and efficiently resolved my issue and advised me of things to be aware of to avoid similar problems in the future. He explained all of my options and the pros and cons of each one. He offered me every available discount which added up to 5%-6%. He charged me exactly what he estimated the repair cost to be. This is the second time I have used Iconic Garage Doors and I will use them again should the need arise!
