The mechanic Caleb was professional and answered all my questions. He was respectful and kind . The work done perfectly .the area when done was left clean and trash was taken and disposed off. I would recommend Caleb and this company for any garage work you may need !¡!!

This company has saved us numerous times and within hours! The first time, our garage door spring broke and they had it fixed within 4 hours. The second time, our trim ripped off and was allowing scorpions to get in our garage - within 24 hours, fixed and looks great! Call them and book - you will not be disappointed!

The techs did an amazing job of explaining what all of the different issues were and my options for resolving the issue. They came out a few hours after I first called, and service was completed within two hours of their arrival. Thank you for the great service!

Rex was very informative of my different options and upfront about prices and fees. Rex responded promptly and was able to install new garage door opener unit the same day and in a timely manner. He did a thorough check on the system and did some trouble shooting before determining that a new unit was needed.

Dreaded replacing our garage door and put it off till we couldn’t anymore. Reached out to many companies and this one is top notch. From the customer on the phone, to Rich coming out to give us a quote we were so impressed we canceled the other companies we had coming for quotes. So nice and helpful. Explained everything through and through and didn’t make it feel like a pressured sale at all. Can’t wait for the new garage door.

I called in the morning for an appt. to look at our outdoor garage code pad and Reed and Rex came the same day, early afternoon, and replaced not only the outdoor pad, but also told us the springs were original and were willing to replace that as well while they were here. They were both awesome and worked quickly and both were very hospitable!! I would recommend Iconic 100%!!! Nicole at the office was very kind and helpful as well!! Reed and Rex were the quickest and most professional of installers for my broken garage door.

My door was a big problem as the normal issues of springs, rollers, etc were a problem but my opener was also partially bad. Worked sometimes and did not work other times. My technician was awesome. He fixed everything and tested and tested until found the problem and was able to correct. Due to the time it took (not his fault) he applied discounts to my billl. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Iconic!!

We were very happy with the service we got. He was able to repair our door so we didn't have the expense of replacing. We would have had to buy 3 new doors so they would match. We are grateful for his good work.
